Shipping Information

Processing Time

• All our jewelry pieces are handcrafted with care. Items that are in stock will be shipped within 2 business days.
  If your order is not in stock, or if it is a personalized item, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipment.

• We offer standard and tracked shipping options within Europe Zona A
  (Andorra, Austria, Ireland, Guernsey, Greece, Germany, France, Denmark, Belgium, Italy, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican, United Kingdom)

  • • Standard: €1,80

    • Tracked: €4,50

  • • We offer free shipping for all orders over €35,-

• The estimated delivery times for both options are:

  • Within Spain 2-4 business days

  • Within Europe: 5-7 business days

• Exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

• We offer standard and tracked shipping options in the world Zone C 
  (North America, South America, America)

Tracking Your Order

• You can opt for tracked order upon checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. 

• Please note that choosing the tracked option does not speed up the shipment process.

Shipping Issues

• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

• If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

• We want you to love your purchase! Therefore we have a free return policy. Products can be returned within 14 days from the day of delivery.

• Personalized items cannot be returned.

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service immediately at info@queerempire.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@queerempire.com. Our products are warrantied for up to 90 days upon receipt against defects in materials and craftsmanship. We will ask you to send us a description and picture of the defect. A replacement will be sent your way as soon as possible

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive your returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. From that point, the actual time for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank’s processing time.
